Named for a former parochial school, Regina is a south Minneapolis neighborhood situated halfway between Lake Harriet and Lake Nokomis. The area is mostly residential, with very few businesses, but nearby McRae Park and Minnehaha Creek offer residents abundant outdoor activities. The majority of homes were built in the early 1900s as single-story Tudor and Craftsman homes, but some two-story homes are found in Regina as well.
